Never even received it!

I backed this product 6 years ago on Indiegogo…. I cannot even rate it bacause I have never recieived it. Multiple e-mails and responses, but as soon it needs to be shipped all communication stopped…. Never even got offered a refund. The worst customer experience of my life!

The software leaves a great deal to be desired

The frame itself is a decent bit of hardware, not as good as my much older "Memento" frame but adequate with decent picture quality. Using it, however, is a very different story. I don't care for the supplied art because, as a photographer, I wanted to display my own work on this device. It is VERY difficult to do that. The clunky software doesn't allow you to bulk edit either playlists or deletion of images only letting you do that one image at a time. I have a great many images, in the hundreds, and attempting to do these operations one image (two clicks per image) at a time takes hours of dumb work. On top of that very often, when uploading, many images end up with only a blank black square with no image available written on it. These have to be deleted one image at a time. The playlist has a choice to upload directly to it but when you do, the images are not in the playlist and have to be added....you guessed it....one image at a time! It's the stupidest thing I could imagine. I can't figure out what the programmers were thinking. If you want this device to display the company's artwork then fine. If you want to just put up a few phone pics I expect you can figure that out. But any serious use of this thing to display a lot of your own images will be met with frustration to the point where you will be ready to trash the damn thing. I have dealt with customer support in the past and they try their best to assist but tell you that you can upload in bulk to a playlist when it actually doesn't work so I guess they never actually used the device except for basics at work. So I have to say do not buy this device.

BEAUTIFUL FRAME, WHILE IT WORKED.

THE FRAME AND SCREEN DISPLAYED BEAUTIFUL IMAGES FOR ALMOST A YEAR. BEFORE A YEAR OF USING THE FRAME WAS UP, THE SCREEN STARTED TO HAVE A STATIC STRIP ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE IMAGE ABOUT AN INCH OR SO THICK. I CONTINUED USING THE FRAME BECAUSE WHEN I CONTACTED CANVIA THROUGH EMAIL, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE HAD NO OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND COULDN'T COME UP WITH A SOLUTION. IT LASTED SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER, BUT STILL NOT WITH A PERFECT PICTURE BEING DISPLAYED. TODAY IT HAS STARTED SHOWING A STATIC STRIP ACROSS THE BOTTOM THE SIZE OF HALF OF THE IMAGE, AND IS NOW READY FOR THE DUMP. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS FRAME TO ANYONE. VERY EXPENSIVE PIECE OF ART WORK FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT ACTUALLY LASTS.

Overall happy - software could be better

Overall satisfied with this frame. It looks amazing, the quality is great and installation was easy. The software used to upload personal photos is clumsy and not exactly user friendly. There seems to be a disconnect between the mobile app and desktop abilities. Also randomly goes off line. Still happy with this purchase as I have uploaded many, many photos and they are shuffled through for guests to view. Would recommend

Nice frame, but...

The frame is very nice and display is great. The apps for loading pictures and artwork and setting up playlists and the current play queue is terrible. Very hard to figure out how to set the frame up initially and to figure out how everything works. I think i have managed to figure it out, but it was not easy and kind of ruined the excitement of setting it up.
